Behold, the Card Carousel

An integral part of a product-focused homepage experience.

Previously a mosaic of blog posts (so 2004!), I helped the Beats HP get over an unflattering identity crisis and gave it the confidence it needed to show consumers all the exciting products and lifestyle experiences it had to offer.

A smarter use of space and clearer calls to action were just what the doctor ordered. A simple, versatile and user-friendly card carousel delivers a bigger impact with a smaller footprint. "But I miss the blog!" said no one.

My role: Lead interaction design, UX research, end-to-end development, spec sheets, wireframes, prototypes, testing, validation.

The final product generated far-and-away more clicks and set the stage for a new and improved design direction for the entire site.
